Policy pursuant to Art. 13 of the personal data protection code


  1)Purposes of data processing and mandatory data transmission
Pursuant to Art. 13 of the Personal Data Protection Code (Legislative Decree no. 196/2003), the privacy¹ policy² is detailed below, concerning the personal data you provided in the form (curriculum vitae).
The said data will be processed for purposes connected to recruitment activities for any future hiring. The transmission of data is mandatory for the above-mentioned recruitment activities. Therefore, the non-transmission – or the partial or incorrect transmission – of data may result in the impossibility of carrying out such activities.
Any "sensitive data³" shall not be included in the form, since its processing can be carried out only with the signed consent of the interested party. If such data is essential, the interested party shall send a curriculum vitae by ordinary post, together with the related consent, duly dated and signed.
  2) Methods and logic of data processing
The processing of data is carried out manually (e.g. written on paper) and/or automatically (e.g. using IT procedures and devices), according to logics connected to the above-mentioned purposes and in such a way as to ensure the security and confidentiality of data.

  3) Person in charge, managers and categories of staff in charge of data treatment The company in charge of processing your data is Dipharma Francis S.r.l. – with registered office in Via Bissone, 5, 20021 Baranzate (MI). For further information on the said persons in charge of data processing, please send an e-mail to privacy@dipharma.it. Within the Company, the personal data is processed by the Human Resources Staff. The said staff carries out its activities as Staff in charge, under the direct authority of the Manager responsible for data processing.
With regard to the processing of your personal data, you may send an e-mail to the above-mentioned e-mail address to exercise your rights, pursuant to Art. 7 of the said Code. Such rights are detailed below for your convenience.
  4) Categories of third parties to which data may be disclosed as Persons in charge or come to their knowledge as Managers
With regard to the purposes mentioned in paragraph 1) above, the processing of your personal data may also be carried out by foreign companies belonging to the Dipharma Group. Such companies will be identified as independent subjects in charge or Managers, pursuant to current legislation on privacy matters. However, confidentiality and security of your personal data will be guaranteed in any case.
Moreover, we would like to inform you that, with regard to management and maintenance activities of this website and of the database containing all curricula received, this Company may seek the help of third parties (also abroad), who will be identified as independent Persons in charge of data processing or Managers, pursuant to current legislation on privacy matters. However, confidentiality and security of your personal data will be guaranteed in any case.
  5) Right of access to personal data and other rights, pursuant to Art. 7 of the Personal Data Protection Code (Legislative Decree no. 196/03)
You have the right to access your data at any time, as well as to exercise all other rights as set out in Art. 7 of the Privacy code, by sending an e-mail to the address detailed in paragraph 3). Similarly, you may require the origin of data, as well as the correction, update or integration of wrong/incomplete data, or the cancellation or block of data processed in breach of the law. Moreover, you have the right to object to its use, based on legitimate reasons that shall be detailed in the request.
